2012 Beach and Bay Cottage Tour

The 21^st Annual Beach and Bay Cottage Tour is scheduled for Wednesday, July 25 and Thursday, July 26, 2012. Ticket sales begin on April 2^nd either by mail or through this secure website. The cocktail party to honor the homeowners and donors will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2012. Donors of $150 or more will receive invitations to the cocktail party.

One homeowner is offering his home for the third time this year, each time a different home. The repeat homes from last year's tour were so popular that the 2012 tour will include one of the most interesting homes of past tours. The owners of one home that will be part of the 21st Annual Tour were inspired by the “green” home on tour in 2009 to ask its builder to create a home for them.

If you use the South Coastal Library, consider giving back by volunteering to help during the 2012 Cottage Tour. The Cottage Tour always needs hosts and hostesses for the tour homes and people to assist with parking.
