HOW TO VIEW THE TOUR
For VIRTUAL ONLY ticket holders:
Sign into the Beach and Bay Cottage Tour website with the email and password that you used to purchase your ticket. Click on the individual homes and Enjoy!
The Virtual Tour is from July 14 through August 4.
For the COMBO (includes VIRTUAL and IN-PERSON) ticket holders:

You may pick up your In-Person Combo ticket and Tote Bag at the South Coastal Library on the following days:
July 21 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
July 23 to July 25 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
July 26 from 10:00 AM to Noon
In-Person Tour days are Wednesday, July 25 and Thursday, July 26 .

There are two ways to enjoy this year's Beach & Bay Cottage Tour.

You can purchase a VIRTUAL Ticket ($35) and view all of the homes from your computer or mobile device.

Or, you can purchase a COMBO Ticket ($50). This gives you access to all of the homes via your computer/mobile device, plus you have In-Person access to five of the PRESELECTED homes.

All tickets are non-refundable - please be sure to pick the correct ticket!

To purchase more than one Tour Ticket, you must provide a unique email address for each additional Ticket purchased.

Each ticket must have its own Subscription Account (unique email and login).

Your Subscription begins at the time of your Ticket purchase.

All Subscriptions end on August 6, 2022 at 11:59pm.

Availability to view the Virtual Tour begins on Sunday, July 17, 2022 and concludes Saturday, August 6, 2022 (11:59pm).
VERY IMPORTANT: There is a strict limit of 500 COMBO Tickets to be sold for each day. 500 Combo Tickets for Wednesday, July 27 ONLY and 500 Combo Tickets for Thursday, July 28 ONLY. Be sure to get your COMBO Tickets early and choose the correct day. Tickets are non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS: You may purchase more than one ticket although you must purchase each ticket individually. When you purchase additional tickets, you must have a unique email address (e.g., your friend’s email address) for each additional ticket purchased. Be sure to logout after each ticket purchase so you can make your next ticket purchase with a new email address. The cost of a VIRTUAL Tour Ticket is $35.00 and a COMBO Tour Ticket is $50.00.
You must LOGOUT from below to complete a new purchase. Each purchase has its own, unique login and password (you create the password). It's very important that you enter in the email address that you are using to create the account, correctly. Double check to make sure the email address is correct before you move on to complete the purchase.
NOTE: If you had an account from last year's Virtual Tour, that will not work for this year's tour. You must set up a new account.
