There are 10 homes on this year’s Tour. You can experience this year’s Tour in two ways. With the purchase of a VIRTUAL Ticket, you get to view all 10 homes from the comfort of your own home. With the purchase of a COMBO Ticket, you not only get to see all 10 homes virtually, but you also get to visit 6 of the 10 homes In Person. No, the barcode might be used in the future, but the non-profit organization has not had the funds to purchase bar code readers. You must bring your printed ticket to the Library to receive your booklet. The booklet is your official ticket to obtain entrance to the in-person homes.

Although we very much appreciate the value of service animals, we have promised the home owners that no animals will enter their homes. These are private homes and not public buildings. We have to be mindful of the health of the home owners who may have allergies and don't normally permit animals in their homes. We ask that you have someone stay with your service animal outside the home while you tour the inside.

Homes are not ADA compliant. People with mobility issues will not be able to use walkers, wheelchairs, or scooters in the homes. We encourage those individuals to do the virtual tour.

PARKING IS LIMITED – PLEASE CARPOOL IMPORTANT - Hang the Tour Hang Tag from your rearview mirror. Look for the PINK & WHITE Tour Parking & Directional Signs. Please be respectful of the neighbors by not parking on grass and/or blocking driveways. Please follow the directions of the Parking Volunteers. South Bethany – House 1 – 125 New Castle Drive (Keefer) Turn onto New Castle from Route 1. New Castle is a narrow road with very limited parking. Please follow the directions of the parking volunteers and observe all Tour signage. The house is on the right-hand side. Bethany Beach – House 2 – 112 Ashwood Street (Alber) Turn onto Ashwood Street from Route 1. Please follow the directions of the parking volunteers and observe all Tour signage. The house is on the beach block. Bethany Beach – House 3 – 406 Beachwood Lane (Prada) Parking is available at the South Coastal Library, on Lekites and on Oakwood. Please follow the Tour signs and the directions of the parking volunteers. Bay Forest (Ocean View) – House 4 – 38819 Oyster Catcher Drive (Boehm) Travel west on Route 26. Turn right on White Neck Road and follow the Tour signs to Bay Forest. Turn into Bay Forest and continue to follow the Tour signs to Oyster Catcher Drive and follow the directions of the parking volunteers. All parking on Oyster Catcher Drive will be on the right side of the street. Bethany Beach – House 5 (Tice) and North Bethany – House 6 (Michelena) There is No Parking at either of these homes. You will be bussed to both homes from the G&E Super Market parking lot located at the corner of Fred Hudson Road and Central Ave. Please follow the directions of the parking volunteers. The buses will be staged at the northeast side of the parking lot. The last bus will leave G&E at 3:00pm and the Sea Del house at 4:00pm. Enjoy the Tour – see you in 2025!

You can purchase an unlimited number of Raffle Tickets. For the Artist Raffle you will purchase Raffle Tickets for each artist individually. For the Restaurant Raffle you will purchase a general Raffle Ticket – this applies to all restaurants. There will be one gift card for each restaurant and one winner for each artist. It’s easy – click on the Raffle item that you are interested in and add it to your cart. You can purchase one or more Raffle Tickets for any Raffle item, and you can also purchase multiple Raffle items all at one time. ​

The drawings for the $100 Restaurant Gift Card Raffle and Artwork Raffle winners will happen on August 4, 2024. There will be one Gift Card winner for each Restaurant Raffle, and one artwork winner for each artist. Winners will be notified on August 5, 2024.
