WHAT: This Year's Tour Options

  • You can experience this years tour in two ways. With the purchase of a Virtual Only ticket, you get to view all ten (10) homes from the comfort of your own home. With the purchase of a Combo Ticket, you not only get to see all ten (10) homes virtually, but you also get to visit five (5) of the ten (10) homes In-Person. (The five (5) In-Person homes are preselected.)

  • Virtual only tickets are $35.00, and the Combo ticket (Virtual and In-Person) is $50.00. The Combo ticket includes a 31st Special Commemorative Canvas Tote Bag and a printed Tour Admission Book which is also your In-Person ticket.

  • The In-Person tickets are limited to 500 tickets for Wednesday ONLY and 500 tickets for Thursday ONLY.  When you purchase your ticket, you MUST choose your Tour Day, and your ticket is only valid on that day.

  • If you purchase a Combo ticket, your ticket and tote bag will be available for pickup at the
    South Coastal Library on the following days:

    • Saturday, July 22 from 10am to 3pm

    • Monday and Tuesday, July 24 and 25 from 10am to 5pm

    • Wednesday, July 26 from 9am to 5pm

    • Thursday, July 27 from 9am to 3pm.

  • We do not mail tickets.

  • Tickets are non-refundable

  • In the event covid prevents In-Person home visits, you will be notified via email and there will be
    NO refunds. This does not impact the Virtual portion of the Tour.

HOW: How to Purchase Tickets

  • Tour Tickets and Raffle Tickets MUST be purchased on this website,

  • You will receive a unique password the day before the "Virtual Tours" begin to access the Virtual Tours.

  • Tour Tickets must be purchased separately from all other tour items, including Raffle Tickets, Donations or Sponsorships.

  • Each person who will be attending the In-Person or Virtual Tour must have their own ticket.

  • Credit Cards MUST be used to purchase Tour tickets and Raffle Tickets.
