There are two ways to enjoy this year's Beach & Bay Cottage Tour.
OPTION ONE:
You can purchase a VIRTUAL Ticket ($35) and view all of the homes from your computer or mobile device.
OPTION TWO:
Or, you can purchase a COMBO Ticket ($50). This gives you access to all of the homes via your computer/mobile device, plus you have In-Person access to 7 of the PRESELECTED homes. You may visit in-person homes on July 22nd and/or July 23rd, but you may only visit each home once. You may view all homes virtually as often as you would like from July 12th through August 2nd.

All tickets are non-refundable - please be sure to pick the correct ticket!

You may purchase more than one Tour Ticket. Each person attending the In-Person or Virtual Tour needs their own ticket.

Each ticket holder will receive a password with their receipt.

Availability to view the Virtual Tour begins on July 12, 2026, and concludes August 2nd, 2026.
VERY IMPORTANT:
You MUST pick up your IN-PERSON ticket at the South Coastal Library, 45 Kent Avenue, Bethany Beach, DE.
Pick up dates are:
July 18th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd from 10:00AM - 4:00PM
July 23rd from 10:00AM - 12:00PM
You may visit in-person homes on July 22nd and/or July 23rd, but you may only visit each home once. You may view all homes virtually as often as you would like from July 12th through August 2nd.
